Hello All!
It’s official, the 2018 UOCA 28th Annual Conference Packet is out!. The Conference this year will be held March 21st through the 23rd. In this packet you will find the Registration Form, Hotel booking information, Daily Class Agenda and a Ballot Form. The Ballot can also be downloaded as a separate fillable PDF form which can be easily emailed for your convenience. Please email your Ballot by March 15th, 2018.
Please remember, UOCA is run by its members. Without your help to provide direction and structure, the organization will not be able to survive. You are important to the future of UOCA. Your vote counts. Please write in your vote!

NOTE: Also, for this year we will have two scholarships available for Code Enforcement Officers who want to attend but are unable to do so due to financial constraints. Please remember that this form most be submitted by March 2nd 2018 to be considered. Two Officers will be selected based on each individuals needs. The scholarships will include tuition and hotel room costs only.

Hello All!
This years UOCA Christmas luncheon will be Tuesday 12/12/17 at 11:00 am at the South Salt Lake City Columbus Center located at 2530 South 500 East Room 106 UOCA will be providing all food and beverages. This year will be a Burrito/Salad bar provided by Cafe Rio!
(Please note that there is no training this month. Training will resume in January 2018)**

**NOTE: Starting January 1st 2018 the UOCA Training meetings will be switched back to the 1st Tuesday of every month instead of the 2nd Tuesday to better accommodate members work schedules.

Good afternoon! I wanted to pass this great information along to you in hopes that you will throw your hat in the ring for a conference scholarship.
Each year, Safeguard provides scholarships to code enforcement officers to attend the annual American Association of Code Enforcement Conference. Since 2011, 54 code enforcement officers from 22 states have received these scholarships. The scholarship covers your registration and a four-night stay at the conference hotel (a value of approximately $900). This year, the conference will be held October 23-27 in Cincinnati, Ohio.
